At Revopoint 3D, we want you to be fully satisfied with your precision scanning experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team via email or our website portal to confirm your return eligibility and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the 3D scanner and all original accessories, cables, and calibration kits in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated regional inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
